1995 eLearning White Papers => Seems Like Yesterday

As part of a situation assessment prior to the year long strategic planning process in the mid 1990's, the Arizona Learning Technology Policy commissioned 18 short white papers. The authors were from K-12 and higher education, government entities, business and economic development communities and learning technology researchers and providers.
